• Screw EM M 2.0 x 5 mm (x 3) 
• Screw NP M 1.2 x 4 mm (x 2) 

Détacher la glissière 81D de son support en papier et l’appliquer délicatement le long du bord supérieur de l’encadrement de vitre 81A (comme indiqué par les pointillés rouges).

Detach the slider (81D) from its backing paper and gently apply it along the upper edge of the window frame (81A) (as indicated by the red dotted lines).

Positionner la vitre latérale fixe 81C sur l’encadrement de vitre 81A.

Place the fixed window lateral (81C) on the window frame (81A).

Positionner la poignée 81B sur le panneau extérieur de la portière gauche 80A et la fixer depuis l’intérieur avec une vis NP.

Position the handle (81B) on the exterior panel of the left door (80A) and secure it from the inside with an NP screw.

Positionner l’encadrement de vitre 81A sur l’arrière de la portière gauche 80A et le fixer avec deux vis EM.

Position the window frame (81A) at the rear of the left door (80A) and fix it with two EM screws.

• 82E Slider
• Screw ACP M 1.4 x 3 mm (x 5) 
• Screw KP M 1.4 x 4 mm (x 2) 

Détacher la glissière 82E de son support en papier et l’appliquer délicatement le long du bord supérieur du panneau intérieur de portière gauche 82A (comme indiqué par les pointillés rouges).

Detach the slider (82E) from its backing paper and gently apply it along the upper edge of the left inner door panel (82A) (as indicated by the red dotted lines).

Positionner la garniture de portière 82B sur le panneau intérieur de la portière gauche 82A et le fixer depuis l’autre côté avec deux vis ACP (illustrations ci-contre et ci-dessous).

Position the door trim (82B) on the left door interior panel  (82A) and secure it from the other side with two ACP screws (illustrations opposite and below).

Positionner la garniture de portière 82C sur le panneau intérieur de la portière gauche 82A et le fixer depuis l’autre côté avec deux vis ACP et une vis KP (illustrations ci-contre et ci-dessous).

Position the door trim (82C) on the left door interior panel (82A) and secure it from the other side with two ACP screws and one KP screw (illustrations opposite and below).

• 83D Window winder crank 
• Screw RP M 1.7 x 3 x 5.5 mm (x 2) 
• Screw UM M 1.7 x 3 x 5.5 mm (x 2)

Positionner la poignée de fermeture 83C sur la garniture de portière 82C et la fixer sur le panneau intérieur de la portière gauche 82A depuis l’autre côté avec une vis RP (illustrations ci-contre et ci-dessous).

Place the door handle (83C) on the door trim (82C) and secure it from the other side to the left inner door panel (82A) with an RP screw (illustrations opposite and below).

Positionner la manivelle lève-vitre 83D sur la garniture de portière 82B puis, depuis l’autre côté, positionner la roue dentée 83B sur l’extrémité à encoche (flèche rouge) de l’axe de la manivelle et fixer l’ensemble avec une vis UM. Vérifier qu’en faisant tourner la manivelle 83D, la roue dentée 83B tourne également (illustrations ci-dessus).

Position the window winder crank (83D) on the door trim (82B) then, from the other side, place the gear wheel (83B) on the notched end (red arrow) of the crank axle and secure the assembly with a UM screw. Check that by turning the crank (83D), the gear wheel (83B) also turns (illustrations above).

• Screw MP M 1.2 x 3 mm (x 6) 
• Screw NP M 1.2 x 4 mm (x 2) 
• Screw ZM M 1.7 x 3 mm (x 5) 
• Screw AAM M 2.3 x 5 mm (x 3) 

Détacher le miroir 84E de son support en papier et le coller dans le logement prévu sur le rétroviseur 84A. Positionner le haut du support 84B et le joint à rotule 84D sur le rétroviseur extérieur 84A et fixer l’ensemble avec une vis NP sans trop serrer afin que le haut du support 84B reste mobile.

Remove the paper support from the mirror (84E)  and stick the mirror in the housing of the rearview mirror (84A). Position the bracket top (84B) and the ball joint (84D) on the exterior mirror (84A) and secure the assembly with an NP screw – check that you are not overtightening the fixture, the bracket top (84B) needs to remain mobile.

Positionner le bas du support 84C sur le haut du support 84B et le fixer avec deux vis MP en tournant le rétroviseur 84A pour faciliter l’accès du tournevis.

Retirer le fim protecteur du miroir 84E.

Place the bracket bottom (84C) on the bracket top (84B) and secure with two MP screws – rotate the mirror (84A) to facilitate easy access for the screwdriver. Remove the protective film from the mirror (84E).

Positionner le bas du support 84C du rétroviseur sur le panneau extérieur de la portière gauche 80A et le fixer avec une vis MP.

Position the bracket bottom (84C) on the left exterior door panel (80A) and secure with an MP screw.

Positionner la vitre latérale 83A juste en dessous du bord de la glissière 81D (comme indiqué par les pointillés rouges) en plaçant son bord cranté le long de l’encadrement de vitre 81A et ses deux guides sur les nervures verticales du panneau extérieur de la portière gauche 80A.

Place the side window (83A) just below the edge of the slider (81D) (as indicated by the red dotted lines) by placing its notched edge along the window frame (81A) and its two guides on the vertical ribs of the left exterior door panel (80A).

Positionner le montant 82D sur le bord de la vitre latérale 83A et l’encadrement de vitre 81A, puis le fixer avec deux vis MP, permettant ainsi le mouvement coulissant de la vitre.

Position the attachment (82D) on the edge of the side window (83A) and the window frame (81A), then secure it with two MP screws, allowing the sliding movement of the window.

Positionner le montant 82D sur le bord de la vitre latérale 83A et l’encadrement de vitre 81A, puis le fixer avec deux vis MP, permettant ainsi le mouvement coulissant de la vitre.

Place the side window (83A) in the raised position and position the left interior door panel (82A) on the left exterior door panel (80A).

Fixer le panneau intérieur de la portière gauche 82A sur le panneau extérieur de la portière gauche 80A avec deux vis ZM sur le côté avant (illustration ci-dessus) et deux vis ZM sur le côté arrière (illustration ci-dessous).

Attach the left inner door panel (82A) to the left outer door panel (80A) with two ZM screws at the front (illustration above) and two ZM screws at the rear (illustration below).

Tourner la manivelle lève-vitre 83D, afin de vérifier que la vitre latérale 83A monte et descend correctement.

Rotate the window winder crank (83D) to check the side window (83A) moves properly up and down.

Positionner la charnière de la portière gauche 80B sur la carrosserie 66A et la fixer avec deux vis AAM.

Vérifier que la portière gauche s’ouvre et se ferme correctement.

Place the left door hinge (80B) on the bodywork (66A) and secure with two AAM screws. Check that the left door opens and closes correctly.
