  • 1A Bonnet
  • 1B Bonnet reinforcement
  • 1C Front grille
  • 1D Peugeot emblem
  • Screws AM M 1,7 x 3mm (3x)
  • Screwdriver
Step 1
Fit 1B Bonnet reinforcement to 1A Bonnet and fix with six AM screws .

Fit 1D Peugeot emblem to 1C Front grille.

  • 2E Steering wheel cover
  • 2F Steering wheel shaft

  • Screws AP M1,7 x4mm ( x3 ) 
  • Screws AM M1,7 x3mm ( x4 )
Step 1
Fit 2B Front bumper trim to 2A Front bumper

Mind 2B Front bumper trim slanted edge orientation to coincide with 2A Front bumper edge slant.

Step 2

Fit 2C Front license plate to 2A Front bumper and fix with two AP screws.

Fit 2G Universal joint cross to 2F Steering wheel shaft fork end , and fix with two AM screws.

Step 3

Fit 2D Steering wheel to 2F Steering wheel shaft and fix with AM screw.

Fit 2E Steering wheel cover to 2D Steering wheel.

  • 3D Driving light lense ( x2 )
  • 3E Driving light housing ( x2 )
  • 3F Left Bracket

  • BM M2,0 x4mm ( x8 )
  • AP M1,7 x4mm ( x5 )

Step 1

Fit 3B Grille to 3A Front bumper and fix with two BM screws.

Fit 3C Front tow hook to 3A Front bumper and fix with AM screw.

Step 2

Fit 3D Driving light lenses to 3E Driving light housings and fix each one with two BP screws.

Step 3

Fit 3E Driving light housings to 3A Front bumper and fix each one with two AP screws.

Step 4

Fit 3F Left Bracket L to 3A Front bumper and fix with two BM screws.

Fit 3G Right Bracket R to 3A Front bumper and fix with two BM screws.

  • 4A Michelin MXV tire
  • 4B Wheel rim
  • 4C Hub cover
  • 4D Washer
  • Tweezers
Step 1

Put 4A Michelin MXV tire for two minutes into hot water , and then fit it over 4B Wheel rim.
