Kit 37

The parts of kit 37

  • 37A Michelin MXV tire
  • 37B Wheel rim
  • 37C Hub cover
  • 37D Washer
  • KM M 2,3 x 5 x 5,5 mm (x 2)
Step 1
Put 37A Michelin MXV tire for two minutes into hot water , for softening , and then fit it over 37B Wheel rim.

Fit 34A Brake disc on 31A Rear axle ( entering also into 34C Brake caliper ) , and then fit 37B Wheel rim inner hub on 31A Rear axle , engaging its key into notch on 34A Brake disc ( blue arrow ).

Fix 37B Wheel rim with KM screw via 37D Washer . Fit 37C Hub cover to 37B Wheel rim.

Step 2
Put 38A Michelin MXV tire for two minutes into hot water , for softening , and then fit it over 38B Wheel rim.

Fit 34A Brake disc on 32A Rear axle ( entering also into 34C Brake caliper ) , and then fit 38B Wheel rim inner hub on 32A Rear axle , engaging its key into notch on 34A Brake disc ( blue arrow ).

Fix 38B Wheel rim with KM screw via 38D Washer . Fit 38C Hub cover to 38B Wheel rim.

  • 39A Spare wheel rim
  • 39B Spare tire
Step 3

Put 39B Spare tire for two minutes into hot water , for softening , and then fit it over 39A Wheel rim.

Assembled Spare wheel

Fit 4C Hub cover to front left 4B Wheel rim . 4C Hub cover is identical and interchangeable with 19C Hub cover.

Fit 19C Hub cover to front right 19B Wheel rim.

Kit 40

  • 40A Spare tire holder
  • 40B Left tire holder shoe
  • 40C Right tire holder shoe
  • 40D Rear clamp mount
  • 40E Rear tire holder clamp
  • AM M 1,7 x 3 mm (x 5)
  • BM M 2,0 x 4 mm (x 5)
Step 4

Upturn chassis and fit one by one 40C Right and 40B Left tire holder shoes to 30A Chassis rear section under side and fix each one with AM screw.

Fit 40D Rear clamp mount to the under side of 30A Chassis rear section and fix from above with AM screw ( top and bottom illustrations ).

Fit , by carefully bending , 40A Spare tire holder legs into 40C Right and 40B Left spare tire holder shoes holes.

Raise 40A Spare tire holder and pass Spare wheel under to fit it by 39A Spare wheel rim hub to the mounting pin on 30A Chassis rear section.

Fit 40E Rear tire holder clamp to 40D Rear clamp mount , hugging the bar of 40A Rear tire holder , and fix with AM screw.

Spare wheel installed.

Upturn chassis and fit Front Bumper assembly by its 3G Right and 3F Left Brackets to 10A Front wheel frame and fix each one with two BM screws.

Front bumper installed.
