IXOCOLLECTIONS Christmas Contest Rules

This contest is organized by IXOCOLLECTIONS in partnership with @casadegouvaes.

 Conditions of Participation

                  1. Eligible participants : The contest is open to participants from all over the world, provided that they are adults.

                  2. Use of models : Participants must use exclusively IXOCOLLECTIONS models for their staging.

                  3. Participation format : Post a photo or short video of your Christmas staging on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #NoelIXOCOLLECTIONS and mentioning @ixocollections and @casadegouvaes.

                  4. Use of AI prohibited : For the magic to be 100% authentic, the use of artificial intelligence to generate or modify the photos is prohibited. Let your IXOCOLLECTIONS models shine under your own creativity, not that of a robot!

 

Contest Period

The contest will start on November 29th and entries will be accepted until December 24th. Any entries sent after this date will not be considered.

 Selection Criteria

The winner will be drawn on December 24th and announced on IXOCOLLECTIONS social media. The selection criteria are based on originality, creativity and the Christmas spirit captured in the staging.

 Contest Prize

The winner will win a weekend for two people in a charming villa in Douro, Portugal, from March 14th to 17th, 2025.

This stay includes:

                   •              Round-trip airfare for two people with coverage of up to €300 per person. If the total cost of the ticket exceeds this amount, the excess will be the winner's responsibility.

                  •               Accommodation in a charming villa overlooking the vineyards.

                  •               Private chauffeured tour  through the picturesque Douro Valleys, with a personalized itinerary to discover local points of interest.

                  •               Small car available for local travel in the region.

Commitment and Usage Rights

By participating in the competition, you authorize IXOCOLLECTIONS and @casadegouvaes to use the submitted photos and videos for promotional purposes on their social networks or website, without additional compensation.

Limitations of Liability

                  •               IXOCOLLECTIONS and @casadegouvaes are not responsible for additional costs or other charges not specifically mentioned in the prize description.

                  •               The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if circumstances beyond its control compromise the running of the competition.

                  1. Who can participate? The contest is open to all residents of the world, provided they are of legal age.

                  2. How to participate? Post a photo or video of a staging of your IXOCOLLECTIONS model in a Christmas setting on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #NoelIXOCOLLECTIONS and tag @ixocollections and @casadegouvaes.

                  3. What should I include in my staging? Only IXOCOLLECTIONS models are accepted. We encourage you to include festive Christmas elements (e.g.: mini-tree, garlands, artificial snow).

                  4. Can I use artificial intelligence for my photo? No, the use of AI is prohibited for this contest. Your creativity is what makes Christmas magic, so leave the robots at home! 

                  5. When will the winner be announced? The winner will be drawn on December 24, and will be announced on our social networks.

                  6. What does the prize include? The prize includes flights (up to €300/person return, the excess being the winner's responsibility), charming accommodation in the Douro, a chauffeur-driven tour, and a small car for local travel.
