Kit 53 - RIGHT BULKHEAD AND MUDGUARD

- 53B Right mudguard
- AM Screw M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 5)

Insert two AM screws into the bulkhead (53A) as shown in the photo.
GENERAL VIEW
Kit 54 - RIGHT FUEL TANK
Parts of number 054
- 54A Right fuel tank
- 54B Tank support
- 54C Right reinforcement bar
- 54D Support leg
- 54E filler neck
- Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 8)
Step 1
Place the filler neck (54E) onto the right fuel tank (54A).
Step 2
Position the tank support (54B) on the right bulkhead (54A) and secure it with two AP screws.
Step 3
Place the right fuel tank (54A) on the support (54B) and secure from below with three AP screws.
Step 4
Position the support leg (54D) on the right bulkhead (54A) to keep the right fuel tank (54A) in position.
Step 5
Position the right reinforcement bar (54C) as shown, then attach its ends to the right bulkhead (54A) and to the tank support (54B).
Step 6
Position the right mudguard (53B) on the right bulkhead (54A) and secure with two AP screws.

Kit 55 - SUPERCHARGER VALVE

- 55A Supercharger valve
- 55B Valve tube
- 55C Fitting
- 55D Air recovery pipe
Step 1
Place the supercharger valve (55A) onto the valve tube (55B). Place the fitting (55C) and the air recovery pipe (55D) onto the boost valve (55A).
Step 2
Connect the valve tube (55B) to the turbocharger element (34D). Connect the air recovery hose (55D) to the intake manifold #1 (33A).

Kit 56 - OIL RADIATOR

- 56A Oil cooler/radiator (outer part)
- 56B Oil cooler (inner part)
- 56C Oil pipe

- 56G Fitting C (x 2)
- 56H Rear transmission cover
- Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 3)
- Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 2)
Step 1
Secure the inner part of the oil radiator (56B) to the external central reinforcement (27A) with two AM screws.
Step 2
Detach a C-fitting (56G) from it’s sprue and attach it to the outer part of the oil cooler (56A). Cut two sections of 60mm and 90mm length from the oil pipe (56C). Connect the shorter section to fitting C- (56G) and connect the longer section to the outer part of the oil cooler (56A).
Step 3
Detach a fitting B (56F) from the sprue and attach it to the free end of the shorter section (60mm) of oil pipe (56C).
Step 4
Detach fitting A (56E) from the sprue and attach it to the free end of the longer section (90mm) of oil pipe (56C).
Step 5
Place the outer part of the oil cooler (56A) on the inner part of the cooler (56B).
Step 6
Position fitting B (56F) and fitting A (56E) on the rear of the gearbox (40C).
Connect the rear transmission cover (56H) to the oil hose (56D), then connect the oil hose (56D) to the right side of the gearbox (40B).
Position the rear transmission cover (56H) on the right side of the gearbox (40B) and secure with an AP screw as shown in the photo.
