Kit 61 - OUTER RIM OF FIRST REAR WHEEL

Parts of number 061

  • 61A Outer wheel rim #A 
  • 61B Outer wheel rim #B 
  • Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 4) 
Step 1
Position the outer wheel rim #A (61A) onto the outer wheel rim #B (61B) by carefully aligning the three assembly openings, then secure it with three AM screws.

Kit 62 - THE TYRE OF THE FIRST REAR WHEEL

  • 62A Tyre 
  • 62B Inner wheel rim 
  • BP Screw M 1,7 x 4 mm (x 5)
Step 1

Immerse the tire (62A) in luke warm water for 30 seconds to soften it. Once out of the water, dry it carefully, especially the interior part.

Step 2

Place the outer wheel rim (61B) in the tyre (62A). Check that the tyre is correctly positioned (see markings).

Step 3

Flip the tyre (62A)  and place the inner wheel rim (62B), aligning it with the four assembly openings in the outer rim (61B), then secure with four AM screws.

Kit 63 - FIRST REAR DISC BRAKE

  • 63A Outer brake disc  
  • 63B Inner brake disc  
  • 63C Washer 
  • Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 5) 
  • Screw VM M 3.0 x 4 mm (x 2) 
  • Screw ACP P 1.4 x 3 mm (x 4) 
Step 1

Place the outer brake disc (63A) on the inner brake disc (63B) and secure with three ACP screws.

Step 2

Position the brake caliper (45B) on the left rear hub (45A) and secure it with two AM screws. Position the brake disc on the left rear hub (45A).

Step 3

Place the second brake caliper (45B) on the left rear hub (45A). Insert an AM screw through the brake disc and screw it into one of the two mounting points of the caliper (45B). Rotate the brake disc until you find the other caliper mounting point, then insert another AM screw to secure the caliper (45B) to the left rear hub (45A).

Step 4

Place the rear wheel on the left rear hub (45A) making sure to engage the notch as indicated in the photo (red arrow). Position washer (63C) into the center of the outer wheel rim (61B). Secure the rear wheel to the left rear hub (45A) with a VM screw.

Kit 64 - OUTER RIM OF THE SECOND REAR WHEEL

  • 64B Outer wheel rim #B 
  • Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 4) 
Step 1

Place the outer wheel rim #A (64A) onto the outer wheel rim #B (64B) by correctly aligning the three assembly openings, then secure it with three AM screws.
