Kit 77 - NAVIGATOR SEAT BELTS (2)

Parts of number 077

  • 77A Short/waste seat belt strap (x 2)  
  • 77B Hook (x 2) 
  • 77C Short/waste seat belt attachment hook (x 2) 
  • 77D Belt tensioner (x 5) 
  • 77E Long/body seat belt strap (x 2) 
  • 77F Central locking buckle (x 2) 
  • 77G Double-sided adhesive 
Step 1
Position four pieces of double-sided tape (77G) on the ends/tips of the short belt straps (77A). Turn the straps over and engage the ends in the belt attachment hooks (77C) Turn the straps over again (77A). 

Remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesives (77G) and bend the ends of the straps to hold the attachment hooks.

Step 2

Engage the belt tensioners (77D) on the short seat belt straps (77A) Turn the straps over (77A). 

Remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesives (77G) and bend the ends of the straps to hold the belt tensioners.

Step 3

Place four pieces of double-sided adhesive (77G) on the ends/tips of the long seat belt straps (77E). 

Turn the straps and engage the ends in the central locking buckles (77F). Turn the straps over again (77E). Remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesives (77G) and bend the ends of the straps to hold the central locking buckles.

Step 4

Engage the other ends of the long seat belt straps (77E) into the belt tensioners (77D) as shown in the picture. 

Turn the straps and remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesives (77G), then bend the ends/tips of the straps (77E) to hold them on the belt tensioners (77D),

  • 78A Center seat belt strap (x 2) 
  • 78B Hook (x 2) 
  • 78C Center seat belt attachment hook (x 2) 
  • 78D Central locking buckle 
  • 78E Belt buckle lock control 
  • 78F Belt Buckle Lock 
  • 78G Double-sided adhesive 
Step 1

Cut the ends of the center seat belt straps (78A) as shown in the photo. If necessary, use a lighter to prevent the cut ends from fraying. 

Place four pieces of double-sided tape (78G) on the ends of the center seat belt straps (78A).

Step 2

Engage the ends of the center seat belt straps (78A) in the central locking buckle (78D). Remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesives (78G), then fold the ends/tips of the straps (78A) to hold them on the central locking buckle.

Step 3

Place the center seat belt attachment hooks (78C) onto the center seat belt straps (78A). Make sure the hooks are correctly aligned. Turn the straps over (78A). Remove the protective film from the double-sided adhesives (78G) and bend the ends/tips of the straps to hold the attachment hooks.

Step 4

Group the central locking buckle (78D) and the two central locking buckles (72G) onto the belt buckle lock (78F).

Kit 79 - NAVIGATOR’S SEAT

  • 79A Navigator’s seat 
  • 79B Navigator’s seat rear frame 
  • 79C Navigator’s seat support (x 2) 
  • Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 10) 
  • Screw SP P 1.7 x 3 mm (x 6) 
Step 1

Retrieve the two hooks from kit 78. Turn the navigator’s seat over and use tweezers to insert the hooks into the slots in the lower front section.

Step 2

Place the navigator's seat (79A) on the rear frame (79B) and secure  from behind with four SP screws.

Step 3

Place a seat support (79C) on the left side of the rear frame (79B) and secure with two AP screws. Place the second seat support (70C) on the right side of the rear frame (79B) and fasten it with two AP screws.

Step 4

Insert the long seat belt straps (77E) onto the sides of the navigator’s seat (79A). Position the seat belt assemblies (76A, 78A, 78F and 77E) on the seat belt buckle lock (78F) as shown in the photo.

Position the belt buckle lock control (78E) on the lock (78F) (check that the lever is in the correct position) and secure it from below using an SP screw.

Step 5

Insert the ends of the belts (76A) into the openings at the top of the seat (79A). Insert the end of the belt (78A) into the central opening at the bottom of the seat.

Turn the seat over and attach the end of the belt (78A) to the hook (78B). Repeat the operation with the second belt (78A).

Step 6

Position the seat on the right floor panel (67B) and secure it from below using four AP screws.

Kit 80 - DASHBOARD PANEL

  • 80A Dashboard panel

Step 1

Position the switch (80B) on the dashboard panel (80A), in the recess next to the round gauges.

Step 2

Detach the switch (80C) from the sprue, then position it in the recess next to the rectangular opening on the dashboard panel. 

Step 3

Position the central indicator panel (80D) in the central opening of the dashboard panel.
