Kit 69 - CENTRAL TUNNEL

- Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 2)
Step 1
Step 2
Position the accelerator pedal (69C) on the accelerator support (69B), as shown in the photo, and secure it with an AP screw.

Kit 70 - FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND HAND BRAKE LEVER

- 70E Hand brake lever
- 70F Hand brake master cylinder

- Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 4)
- Screw RP P 1.7 x 3 mm (x 2)
Step 1
Place the fire extinguisher control unit (70C) on the central tunnel (69A), as shown in the photo.
Step 2
Assemble the two parts of the fire extinguisher (70A&70B) and secure them together with an AP screw.
Step 3
Position the fire extinguisher on the central tunnel (69A), then turn it over to secure the fire extinguisher from below with two AP screws.
Step 4
Cut the fire extinguisher hose (70D) into two sections of 35 mm each, then attach them to the fire extinguisher control unit (70C).
Step 5
Connect the handbrake lever (70E) to the master cylinder (70F) by using the pin (70G). Position the handbrake lever (70E) and master cylinder (70F) on the side of the central tunnel (69A), then secure the lever (70E) from the inside with an RP screw.

- Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 6)
- Screw RP M 1.7 x 3 mm (x 2)
Step 1
Engage the spring (71C) on the gear lever (71A), then position the latter on the bracket (71B) and secure it with an RP screw.
Step 2
Place the shift lever bracket (71B) on the central tunnel (69A) as shown in the photo. Flip the central tunnel (69A), then position the gear lever ball joint (71D) and secure it with two AP screws.
Step 3
Carefully detach the switches (71F), switch (71G) and button (71H) from their sprue. Position these different elements on the central console (71E) as shown in the photo.
Step 4
Position the center console (71E) on the central tunnel (69A), then flip the latter to secure the center console from below with two AP screws.
Step 5
Place the central tunnel (69A) on the left (67A) and right (67B) flooring. Turn the flooring over and secure the central tunnel from below with six AM screws.
Step 6
Connect the fire extinguisher hoses (70D) to fire extinguishers #1 and #2 (68C&68D) as shown in the photo.
Step 7
Place the right plate (68B) on the right flooring (67B). Flip the flooring and fix the right plate from below with an AP screw.

Kit 72 - DRIVER’s SEAT BELTS (1)

- 72A Upper seat belt strap (x 2)

- 72C Upper seat belt attachment hook (x 2)
- 72D Belt tensioner (x 5)
- 72E Buckle (x 2)
- 72F Lower seat belt strap (x 2)
- 72G Central locking buckle (x 2)
- 72H Double-sided adhesive
Step 1
Place four pieces of double-sided tape (72H) on the ends/tips of the upper seat belt straps (72A). The adhesives must be placed on the rear side of the straps (the one where the marking is not visible) .
Turn the straps over and place the ends in the tensioners (72D). Turn the straps over again (72A). Remove the protective film from the double-sided tapes (72H) and bend the ends/tips of the straps to keep the tensioners (72D) in place.
Step 2
Position the buckles (72E) on the upper seat belt straps (72A).
Step 3
Place the attachment hooks (72C) on the upper seat belt straps (72A). Make sure the hooks are correctly aligned.
Flip the straps (72A). Remove the protective film from the double-sided tapes (72H) and bend the ends/tips of the straps to hold the attachment hooks.
Step 4
Place four pieces of double-sided tape (72H) on the ends/tips of the lower seat belt straps (72F). Turn the straps over and engage the ends/tips in the belt tensioners (72D).
Remove the protective film from the double-sided tapes (72H) and bend the ends/tips of the lower straps (72F) to keep the tensioners (72D) in place.
Step 5
Position the central locking buckles (72G) on the lower seat belt straps (72F). Remove the protective film from the double-sided tapes (72H) and bend the ends/tips of the straps to fix them to the central locking buckles (72G).
