Step 1
All floor coverings applied
Position 97B ( strip) on 97A (rear bumper).
Position 97A (rear bumper) on 64A (body rear panel) by engaging it in the side slots at the bottom of the rear wing extensions (blue arrow).
Secure 97A (rear bumper) to 64A (rear body panel) with two CP screws.
Rear bumper attached to body
Replace the two screws at the bottom of the left and right inside of the 64A body with the new PM screws provided (see illustrations below).
Pull the wiring out of the body (blue arrows) and place the body over the chassis without fully engaging it.
Connect the D (grey - white) and K (black - red) cables together near the left front wheel. Then slide them into the slot located on the bottom side, between the body floor, passenger compartment 45A and chassis panel 22A.
Connect the H (green - red) cables near the left rear wheel to one another. Then slide them into the slot located at the bottom of the rear part of the 30A chassis.
Connect the F (blue - white) and H (green - red) cables together near the right rear wheel. Then slide them into the slot provided at the bottom of the 30A chassis rear section.
Connect the E (grey - white) and K (black - red) cables together near the right front wheel. Then slide them into the slot on the bottom side between the passenger compartment floor 45A and the chassis panel 22A.
Once all the wiring is correctly placed in its slots, fully engage 64A (body) to the 22A (chassis) - blue and red arrows in the illustrations below.
Install the batteries and turn the switch to ON (red arrow).
Start testing the electrical system by opening both doors (blue arrows) and check that the lights in the passenger compartment work (green arrow).
Activate 63K (rear de-icing switch) to experience the sound of the engine. Press 63J (Warning device) to hear the horn sound. Press 63L (rear fog light switch) and check that dashboard lighting, headlights and rear indicators are working properly (see following illustrations).

Open the left door, then press the brake pedal to check that the rear brake lights are working properly (see illustrations below).
After completing the electrical installation test, turn the car over and secure the 22A (chassis) to the 64A (body) with four IM screws in the centre and two IM screws in the front (see illustrations below).
Complete the installation of the 22A chassis with two IM screws on the rear part of the car. Turn the switch to OFF (red arrow).
Open the front bonnet, lift the retaining arm and attach 20C (bonnet hinge) to 73G (bonnet clamp) with a CM screw.
Open the left door and slide 82C (left front seat belt buckle) into 45B (belt guide) and secure it with an AP screw.
Tighten 82C (seat belt) - green arrow - with tweezers by pulling on the free end (blue arrow).
Open the right door and slide 84C ( right front seat belt buckle) into 45B (belt guide) and secure it with an AP screw.
Tighten 84C (seat belt) - green arrow - with tweezers by pulling on the free end (blue arrow).

Step 2
Fit 98B Rear license plate to 98A Rear lower bumper and fix with two AP screws.
Fit 98E Right and 98C Left fog lamp reflectors to 98A Rear lower bumper and fix each one with two CM screws.
Nip off 98D Left and 98F Right Fog lamp lens off the molding sprue , for their next page installation step.
Fit 98D Left and 98F Right Fog lamp lens to 98C Left and 98E Right Fog lamp reflectors respectively , and fix each one with two NP screws.
Fit 98A Rear lower bumper to 30A Rear chassis panel , and fix with two BM screws ( upper and lower illustrations ).

Step 3
Fit 99A Left lower panel to 64A Bodywork ; from top side - by passing its right upper ridge under 67A Side molding ( blue arrow ) with two pins aiming to fit as green arrows show from bottom side - two tabs aligning to 22A Chassis panel and 10A Front frame attachment points.
Fix 99A Left lower panel to 22A Chassis panel and 10A Front frame with two BM screws.
Open up tailgate and fit 99B Trunk carpet over the trunk floor.

Fit 100A Right lower panel to 64A Bodywork ; from top side - by passing its left upper ridge under 67C Side molding ( blue arrow ) with two pins aiming to fit as green arrows show from bottom side - two tabs aligning to 22A Chassis panel and 10A Front frame attachment points .
Fix 100A Right lower panel to 22A Chassis panel and 10A Front frame with two BM screws.
Fit 100C Antenna into 100B Antenna spring.
Fit preassembled antenna by its 100B Antenna spring peg into 81G Antenna base ( upper and lower illustrations ).
