Step 1
Position the bracket (13D) on the lower frame (5A) and secure it with an SM screw.

Step 2

Position the suspension piston pin (13E) on the left lower suspension arm (5C) and fasten it with a GM screw by passing it through the larger opening.

Step 3

Position the fork-shaped end of the front longitudinal arm (13C) to the bracket (13D) and to the left lower suspension arm (5C). Ensure that each end of the rod (13C) is properly positioned as illustrated.

Secure the ring-shaped end of the rod (13C) to the bracket (13D) using a UM screw. Attach the opposite end to the arm (5C) using an IM screw. Insert the IM screw into the lower part of the end (13C) - the widest opening.

Step 4

Position the left front brake calliper (13A) onto the left front pivot (13B) and secure it with an SM screw.

Step 5

Position the left front pivot (13B) on the lower left suspension arm (5C), on the steering tie-rod (7H) and on the upper left suspension arm (7A), then secure it to the latter with a DM screw.

Turn the suspension assembly over and secure the left front pivot (13B) to the lower left suspension arm (5C) and steering tie-rod (7H) using two DM screws.

Step 6

Position the suspension spring (13G) and suspension shock absorber (13F) on the suspension piston pin (13E).

Place the head of the suspension shock absorber (13F) onto the chassis top frame (11A) and secure it with a GM screw.

Step 7

Position the brake disc (4E) on the front left wheel pivot (13B). The cone in the center of the disc should face outwards. Pay attention to the small notch (red circle).

Step 8

Position the hub of the outer wheel rim (4B) on the left front pivot pin (13B) and gently turn the wheel to engage it onto the brake disc (4E). Then secure the wheel with a VM screw after passing it through the washer (13H).
