• 85C Leaf spring 
• Screw AMM M 2.3 x 3 x 6 mm (x 2) 

Positionner l’extrémité conique du ressort à lame 85C le long de l’axe de la charnière 85B, puis positionner les deux trous du ressorts dans les tétons situés sur le côté intérieur de la portière droite 85A.

Position the hinge axis (85B) in the housing provided on the inside of the right door (85A). Position the tapered end of the leaf spring (85C) along the hinge pin (85B), then position the two spring holes into the nipples that are located on the inside of the right door (85A).

Fixer le ressort à lame 85C sur la portière droite 85A avec une vis AMM.

Ne pas trop serrer la vis afin de permettre le mouvement rotatif de la charnière 85B.

Secure the leaf spring (85C) to the right door (85A) with an AMM screw. Do not overtighten the screw to allow the hinge (85B) to rotate.

• 86D Slider 
• NP Screw M 1.2 x 4 mm (x 2) 
• EM Screw M 2.0 x 5 mm (x 3) 

Détacher la glissière 86D de son support en papier et l’appliquer délicatement le long du bord supérieur de l’encadrement de vitre 86A (comme indiqué par les pointillés rouges).

Detach the slider (86D) from its backing paper and gently apply it along the upper edge of the window frame (86A) (as indicated by the red dotted lines).

Positionner la vitre latérale fixe 86C sur l’encadrement de vitre 86A.

Place the fixed window lateral (86C) on the window frame (86A).

Positionner la poignée 86B sur le panneau extérieur de la portière droite 85A et la fixer depuis l’intérieur avec une vis NP.

Position the handle (86B) on the exterior panel of the right door (85A) and secure it from the inside with an NP screw.

Positionner l’encadrement de vitre 86A sur l’arrière de la portière droite 85A et le fixer avec deux vis EM.

Position the window frame (86A) at the rear of the right door (85A) and fix it with two EM screws.

• 87E Slider
• Screw ACP M 1.4 x 3 mm (x 5) 
• Screw KP M 1.4 x 4 mm (x 2) 

Détacher la glissière 87E de son support en papier et l’appliquer délicatement le long du bord supérieur du panneau intérieur de portière droite 87A (comme indiqué par les pointillés rouges).

Detach the slider (87E) from its backing paper and gently apply it along the upper edge of the right inner door panel (87A) (as indicated by the red dotted lines).

Positionner la garniture de portière 87B sur le panneau intérieur de la portière droite 87A et le fixer depuis l’autre côté avec deux vis ACP (illustrations ci-contre et ci-dessous).

Position the door trim (87B) on the right door interior panel  (87A) and secure it from the other side with two ACP screws (illustrations opposite and below).

Positionner la garniture de portière 87C sur le panneau intérieur de la portière droite 87A et le fixer depuis l’autre côté avec deux vis ACP et une vis KP (illustrations ci-dessus).

Position the door trim (87C) on the right door interior panel (87A) and secure it from the other side with two ACP screws and one KP screw (illustrations opposite and below).

• Screw UM M 1,7 x 3 x 5,5 mm (x 2)
• Screw MP M 1,2 x 3 mm (x 3)
• Screw ZM M 1,7 x 3 mm (x 5)
• Screw AAM M 2,3 x 5 mm (x 3)

Positionner la poignée de fermeture 88C sur la garniture de portière 87C et la fixer sur le panneau intérieur de la portière droite 87A depuis l’autre côté avec une vis RP (illustrations ci-dessus).

Place the door handle (88C) on the door trim (87C) and secure it from the other side to the right inner door panel (87A) with an RP screw (illustrations above).

Positionner la manivelle lève-vitre 88D sur la garniture de portière 87B puis, depuis l’autre côté, positionner la roue dentée 88B sur l’extrémité à encoche (flèche rouge) de l’axe de la manivelle 88D et fixer l’ensemble avec une vis UM.

Vérifier qu’en faisant tourner la manivelle 88D la roue dentée 88B tourne également (illustrations ci-contre et ci-dessous).

Position the window winder crank (88D) on the door trim (87B) then, from the other side, place the gear wheel (88B) on the notched end (red arrow) of the crank axle and secure the assembly with a UM screw. Check that by turning the crank (88D), the gear wheel (88B) also turns (illustrations above).

Les poignées intérieures de la portière droite sont fixées.

The door handles of the right door are now in position.

Positionner la vitre latérale 88A juste en dessous du bord de la glissière 86D (comme indiqué par les pointillés rouges) en plaçant son bord cranté le long de l’encadrement de vitre 86A et ses deux guides sur les nervures verticales du panneau extérieur de la portière droite 85A.

Place the side window (88A) just below the edge of the slider (86D) (as indicated by the red dotted lines) by placing its notched edge along the window frame (86A) and its two guides on the vertical ribs of the right exterior door panel (85A).

Positionner le montant 87D sur le bord de la vitre latérale 88A et l’encadrement de vitre 86A, puis le fixer avec deux vis MP, permettant ainsi le mouvement coulissant de la vitre.

Position the attachment (87D) on the edge of the side window (88A) and the window frame (86A), then secure it with two MP screws, allowing the sliding movement of the window.

Placer la vitre latérale 88A en position relevée et positionner le panneau intérieur de la portière droite 87A sur le panneau extérieur de la portière droite 85A.

Place the side window (88A) in the raised position and place the right interior door panel (87A) on the right exterior door panel (85A).

Fixer le panneau intérieur de la portière droite 87A sur le panneau extérieur de la portière droite 85A avec deux vis ZM sur le côté avant (illustration ci-dessus) et deux vis ZM sur le côté arrière (illustration ci-dessous).

Attach the right inner door panel (87A) to the right outer door panel (85A) with two ZM screws at the front (illustration above) and two ZM screws at the rear (illustration below).

Tourner la manivelle lève-vitre 88D afin de vérifier que la vitre latérale 88A monte et descend correctement.

Rotate the window winder crank (88D) to check the side window (88A) moves properly up and down.

Positionner la charnière de la portière droite 85B sur la carrosserie 66A et la fixer avec deux vis AAM.

Vérifier que la portière droite s’ouvre et se ferme correctement.

Place the right door hinge (85B) on the bodywork (66A) and secure with two AAM screws. Check that the right door opens and closes correctly.
