Screw NP M 1.2 x 4 mm (x 3)
Screw MP M 1.2 x 3 mm (x 5)

Positionner les deux charnières de capot 89B sur le capot 89A et les fixer avec deux vis MP.

Positionner l’attache capot moteur 89D dans l’angle sous le capot 89A et le fixer avec une vis QM.

Etape 2

Position the two bonnet hinges (89B) on the bonnet (89A) and secure them with two MP screws. Position the bonnet bracket (89D) in the corner below the bonnet (89A) and secure with a QM screw.

Le capot 89A est muni de ses charnières 89B et de son attache 89D.

Etape 3

The bonnet (89A) is now fitted with its hinges (89B) and brackets (89D).

Positionner les supports de charnière 89C à l’arrière de la carrosserie 66A et les fixer par en dessous avec deux vis MP (illustrations ci-dessus).

Etape 4

Position the hinge brackets (89C) on the rear of the body (66A) and secure them from below using two MP screws (see illustrations above).

Placer le capot moteur 89A sur la carrosserie 66A et positionner les charnières 89B sur les supports de charnières 89C.

Fixer les charnières 89B sur les supports de charnières 89C avec deux vis NP engagées sur les côtés extérieurs de celles-ci.

Etape 5

Place the bonnet (89A) on the body (66A) and install the hinges (89B) on the hinge brackets (89C). Secure the hinges (89B) to the hinge brackets (89C) using two NP screws engaged to the outer side of the hinges.

Soulever le capot moteur 89A et insérer à moitié une vis MM sur le panneau arrière de la carrosserie 66A.

Accrocher l’attache capot moteur 89D sur la tête de la vis MM.

Schéma d’assemblage

Lift the bonnet (89A) and partially insert a MM screw into the rear body (66A). Attach the bonnet bracket (89D) onto the head of the MM screw.

Etape 1

90B
Right windscreen wiper

Positionner l’essuie-glace droit 90B (support court) à l’avant de la carrosserie 66A.

Positionner l’essuie-glace gauche 90A (support long) à l’avant de la carrosserie 66A.

Etape 2

Position the right windscreen wiper (90B) (short bracket) on the front of the body (66A). Position the left windscreen wiper (90A) (long bracket) on the front of the body (66A).

Les essuie-glaces gauche 90A et droit 90B sont positionnés à l’avant de la carrosserie.

The left (90A) and right (90B) windscreen wipers are now positioned at the front of the bodywork.

Etape 1

91E Rally sticker

Positionner le sigle 91A sur l’avant de la carrosserie 66A.

Positionner le barillet de capot 91B sur l’aile avant droite de la carrosserie 66A.

Etape 2

Position the badge (91A) on the front of the body (66A). Position the bonnet cylinder (91B) on the right front right of the body (66A).

Positionner le feu de recul 91D sur le boîtier 91C.

Etape 3

Position the reverse light (91D) onto the housing (91C).

Positionner le boîtier de feu de recul 91C sur le côté gauche du panneau arrière de la carrosserie 66A.

Etape 4

Position the reverse light housing (91C) on the left side of the rear body panel (66A).

Détacher l’autocollant de Rallye 91E de son support papier et le positionner sur la glace de custode gauche à l’arrière de la carrosserie 66A.

Schéma d’assemblage

Remove the Rally sticker (91E) from its paper backing and affix it to the left rear quarter window (66A).

Engager le plot 92C dans le ressort 92B jusqu’à la position indiquée par le cercle rouge, puis placer les pattes du ressort 92B dans les logements prévus sur le support 92A.

Vérifier le sens correct du support 92A (surface concave) indiqué par la flèche rouge.

Etape 2

Engage the support (92C) in the spring (92B) to the position indicated by the red circle, then place the legs of the spring (92B) in the slots provided in the bracket (92A). Check that the bracket (92A) (concave surface) is pointing in the correct direction, as indicated by the red arrow.

Positionner l’attache capot ainsi assemblée à l’avant de la face intérieure du capot 1A, puis la fixer avec une vis ANM à travers le plot 92C.

Vérifier le sens correct du support 92A (surface concave) indiqué par la flèche rouge.

Etape 3

Position the bonnet bracket thus assembled at the front of the inner side of the bonnet (1A), then secure with an ANM screw through the support (92C). Check the correct direction of the bracket (92A) (concave surface) indicated by the red arrow.

Placer le capot avant 1A sur la carrosserie 66A et fixer les deux supports de charnières 1E par en dessous avec deux vis AP (illustrations ci-dessus et ci-dessous).

Etape 4

Place the front bonnet (1A) onto the body (66A) and secure the two hinge brackets (1E) from below using two AP screws (see illustrations above and below).
