• 29D Exhaust Manifold #3 
• 29E Exhaust Manifold #4 
• Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 9) 

Place exhaust manifold #1 (29B) onto exhaust manifold #2 (29C). Attach them together with an AP screw.

Fixer le collecteur #3 29D avec une vis AP.

Place exhaust manifold #3 (29D) onto exhaust manifold #2 (29C). Secure manifold #3 (29D) with AP screw.

Positionner le collecteur d’échappement #4 29E sur le collecteur d’échappement #1 29B.

Fixer le collecteur #4 29E avec une vis AP.

Place exhaust manifold #4 (29E) onto exhaust manifold #1 (29B). Secure manifold #4 (29E) with AP screw.

Positionner l’assemblage des quatre collecteurs d’échappement sur le bloc moteur 29A.

Fixer chaque collecteur sur le bloc moteur avec une vis par en dessous.

Place the assembly of the four exhaust manifolds on the right engine block (29A). Secure each manifold to the engine block with a screw from below.

• 30D Connection part
• Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 5) 
• Screw UM M 1.7 x 3 mm (x 5 )

Positionner le joint 30D sur la culasse moteur 30A.

Fixer le joint 30D avec deux vis AM.

Position the connection part (30D) on the engine cylinder head (30A). Secure the connection part (30D) with two AM screws.

Positionner le couvre-culasse gauche (L) 30C sur la culasse moteur 30A et le fixer avec deux vis UM.

Positionner le couvre-culasse droit (R) 30B sur la culasse moteur 30A et le fixer avec deux vis UM.

Position the right cylinder head cover (30B) on the engine cylinder head (30A) and secure with two UM screws. Position the left cylinder head cover (30C) on the engine cylinder head (30A) and secure with two UM screws.

Positionner la culasse assemblée sur le bloc moteur droit 29A.

Fixer le joint 30D sur le bloc moteur droit avec deux vis AM.

Position the assembled cylinder head on the right engine block (29A). Secure the connection part (30D) to the right engine block with two AM screws.

• 31H Oil line #3 
• 31I Engine front seal 
• 31J Ignition distributor 
• Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 4) 
• Screw CM M 2.0 x 4 mm (x 10) 
• Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 2) 

Couper deux sections de 130 mm et 80 mm de long dans la durite d’huile #3 31H.

Brancher la section de 130 mm (longue) sur le réservoir d’huile #1 28A et la section de 80 mm (courte) sur le réservoir d’huile #7 28G.

Cut two sections of 130 mm and 80 mm long from oil line #3 (31H). Connect the 130 mm section (long) to oil tank #1 (28A) and the 80 mm section (short) to oil tank #7 (28G).

Positionner le joint avant moteur 31I sur le bloc moteur droit 29A et le fixer avec une vis AM.

Position the front engine seal (31I) on the right engine block (29A) and secure with an AM screw.

Positionner le distributeur d’allumage 31J sur le bloc moteur droit 29A et le fixer avec une vis AP.

Position the ignition distributor (31J) on the right engine block (29A) and secure with an AP screw. 

Positionner le joint de carter d’huile 31C sur le carter d’huile 31B et le fixer avec deux vis CM.

Position the oil sump seal (31C) on the oil sump (31B) and secure with two CM screws.

Positionner le carter de boîte de vitesses 31A sur le bloc moteur droit 29A et le fixer par derrière avec quatre vis CM.

Position the gearbox housing (31A) on the right engine block (29A) and secure it from behind with four CM screws. 

Positionner le carter de boîte de vitesses 31A sur le bloc moteur droit 29A et le fixer par derrière avec quatre vis CM.

Position the oil sump (31B) below the right engine block (29A) and secure with two CM screws on the seal (31C).

Positionner le carter de boîte de vitesses 31A sur le bloc moteur droit 29A et le fixer par derrière avec quatre vis CM.

Position the oil pump (31D) on the oil sump (31B), then secure it with two AM screws. Position the oil pump cover (31G) on the oil pump (31D) as shown in the photo.

Positionner les conduites d’huile #1 31E et #2 31F sur la pompe à huile 31G.

Position oil lines #1 (31E) and #2 (31F) onto oil pump (31G).

• 32D Starter motor #1 
• 32E Starter motor #2 
• Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 2) 

Assembler les deux éléments du démarreur 32D et 32E.

Assemble the two starter parts (32D&32E). 

Assembler les deux éléments du filtre à huile 32B et 32C.

Assemble the two oil filter parts (32B&32C).

Positionner le filtre à huile sur le bloc moteur gauche 32A et le fixer par en dessous avec une vis AP.

Mettre précautionneusement de côté le démarreur pour une utilisation ultérieure.

Place the oil filter on the left engine block (32A) and secure from below with an AP screw. Carefully set the starter aside for later use.
