Step 1
Position the left indicator lens 1I on the left indicator housing 1H.
Position the left turn indicator housing 1H on the left headlight housing 1D and secure it with a BP screw.
Step 2
Position the left headlight trim 1E on the left headlight housing 1D.
Position the left headlight reflector 1F in the left headlight lens 1G.
Step 3
Position the left headlight reflector 1F and headlight lens 1G assembly in the left headlight housing 1D.
Secure the assembly with an AP screw.

Step 1
Position the steering wheel 2A on the steering column 2B and secure it with a screw AM.
Position the badge 2C in the center of the steering wheel 2A.
Step 2
Steering wheel pre-assembly
Put the 2D tire in hot water for 2 minutes, then position the outer rim 2E on the front 2D wheel.
Step 3
Position the inner rim 2F on the front wheel 2D and fix it to the outer rim 2E with three BM screws.
Front wheel pre-assembly.

Step 1
Position the 3K hub carrier articulation on the upper swing arm 3A and secure it with a DM screw passing it through the larger hole (red arrow).
Position the top of the 3G hub carrier on the articulation of the 3K hub carrier and secure it with a CM screw.
Step 2
Successively position the two lower swingarm brackets 3J (marked 3) on the lower swingarm 3I and fix each of them with an EM screw passing it through the larger hole (red arrow).
Position the 3F shock absorber lower bracket (marked 2) on the 3E shock absorber cylinder and secure it with a DM screw passing it through the larger hole (red arrow).
Step 3
Position the 3F shock absorber lower bracket on the 3I lower swingarm and secure it with a BM screw.
Position the 3K hub carrier articulation on the 3I lower swingarm and secure it with a DM screw passing it through the larger hole (red arrow).
Step 4
Position the bottom of the 3H hub carrier on the articulation of the 3K hub carrier and secure it with a CM screw.
Position the bottom of the 3H hub carrier on the top of the 3G hub carrier and secure it with two BM screws.
Step 5
Pre-assembly of the front left suspension in unfolded position
Position the upper shock absorber bracket 3B (marked 1) on the shock absorber piston 3C and secure it with an EM screw passing it through the larger hole (red arrow).
Step 6
Position the inner 3N and outer 3O brake half-discs together and secure them with two CP screws.
Step 7
Peel off the paper backing (red arrow) from the outer surface of the 3L brake disc (as indicated with the blue arrow below) and apply the adhesive to the 3O outer brake disc half.
Step 8
Peel off the paper backing (red arrow) from the inner surface of the 3M brake disc (as indicated with the blue arrow below) and apply the adhesive to the 3N inner brake disc.

Step 1
Position the right-side mounting bracket 4B on the right-hand gearbox housing 4A and secure it with a BM screw.
Position the 4D spider on the 4E transmission joint and secure it with two FM screws.
Step 2
Position the external flector 4G on the internal flector 4F and secure it with two GM screws. Position
Position the inner flector 4F on the transmission seal 4E and secure it with an FM screw.
Step 3
Fit 4G Outer shock absorber to 4F Inner shock absorber and fix with two GM screws.
Position the 4H cardan shaft on the external 4G flector and secure it with two GM screws.
Step 4
Position the shaft of the 4C transmission seal on the right crankcase of the 4A gearbox and secure it with a CM screw.
