"I just subscribed to a plan, but the validation seems to be stuck for a few minutes. I haven’t received any payment confirmation or acknowledgment of my subscription. How can I check if my order has been validated?"

Answer:

If you haven't received an email confirming that the order has been validated, or payment made, and you don't see anything in your order history on your account, nothing has been ordered or cashed.

Validation takes less than 10 seconds, so there must have been a problem finalising the order, perhaps a connection error.

We have chosen to accept only credit card payments to ensure simplicity and security.

Direct debit payments require storing customers' banking details in secure locations, a risk we prefer to avoid.

While other digital payment solutions exist, they remain relatively unknown in France.

Our payment module supports most credit cards worldwide, including American Express.

Therefore, we have opted for a single, accessible solution: payment by credit card.

If the product is defective, or if the delivery does not correspond to the order, the return will be at the Company's expense. As proof of this, the customer must send the Company a photograph of the defective product in its original packaging and before opening. If an exchange is not desirable, the product will be returned in its entirety, i.e. with all the components of the package received, and in its original packaging or failing that in packaging offering equivalent protection of the products when returned, in perfect condition to allow the products to be put back on sale by the Company.
