At Ixo Collections we have specialised in the creation and manufacture of die cast and resin models for over 20 years.

"I've just taken out a subscription for the Peugeot 205 but the validation process has been slow for a few minutes. I haven't received any confirmation of payment or that my subscription has been taken into account. I'd like to know whether it was taken into account or not."

Answer:

If you haven't received an email confirming that the order has been validated, or payment made, and you don't see anything in your order history on your account, nothing has been ordered or cashed.

Validation takes less than 10 seconds, so there must have been a problem finalising the order, perhaps a connection error.

Please try again to finalise your order.

We only offer payment by credit card to make things simpler and more secure.

Direct debit payments are restrictive and require customers' bank details to be kept in secure locations. This is a risk we did not want to take.

Payments by paypal would be possible, but the commissions deducted by paypal and the risks of loss/theft of password were prohibitive for us.

Other paperless solutions are possible but unknown in France.

Our payment module accepts almost all credit cards in the world, including American Express.

So we decided to offer a single, simple solution with CB payment for everyone.

Yes, we'll be supplying the electrical, lighting and sound systems for everyone.

The front and rear lights, brake lights, interior lighting and dashboard for the lighting part.

The sound of the engine and horn for the sound part.

The assembly instructions are in French in the paper magazine that you will receive with your parts, and we have left them in English to enable foreign subscribers to understand the instructions.

If you need a spare part, please write to us at [email protected]. Please quote our customer number and the number of the assembly set affected by the faulty part. We will send you the assembly set concerned as soon as possible.

the front headlights on the model in the photo are not striped in the right direction. Do you plan to correct this?

The photos on the website are of a pre-production model. The headlights are indeed engraved in production.
