Kit 41 - ENGINE BRACKETS
Parts of kit
- 41A Left front engine bracket
- 41B Right front engine bracket
- 41C Left rear engine bracket
- 41D Right rear engine bracket
- 41E Tweezers
- Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 5)
- Screw CM M 2.0 x 4 mm (x 8)
- Screw AJM M 2.0 x 10 mm (x 3)
Step 1
Position the right rear engine bracket (41D) on the right side of the gearbox (40B) and secure with two CM screws. On the same side of the engine, position the right front engine bracket (41B) on the engine cylinder head (30A) and secure with two AM screws.
Step 2
On the other side of the engine, place the left front engine bracket (41A) on the left engine block (32A) and secure with two AM screws. Position the left rear engine bracket (41C) on the left side of the gearbox (40A) and secure it with two CM screws.
Step 3
Slide the engine into the rear chassis and secure it from below with two CM screws placed in the brackets (41A&41B).
Step 4
Place the right rear engine bracket (41D) on the rear chassis lower frame (22A) with an AJM screw.
Then position the rear left engine bracket (41C) on the rear chassis lower frame (22A) with an AJM screw.
Step 5
Connect the oil hose (31H) to the oil pump (31D) as shown in the picture (red circle).
Step 6
Connect the fuel hose (28M) to the injection pump distributor (37L) as shown in the picture (red circle).
Step 7
Check that the oil line (31H), water hose (39E), water hose (39F) and oil line (31E) are correctly positioned in the slots located on the rear chassis lower frame (22A).
Step 8
Connect the second fuel hose (28M) to the injection pump distributor (37L) as shown in the picture (red circle).

- 42C Gear selector housing
- 42D Gear selector cover
- Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 2)
- Screw CM M 2.0 x 4 mm (x 2)
Step 1
Place the gear selector housing (42C) on the right side of the gearbox (40B) and secure it with a CM screw.
Step 2
Position the gear selector cover (42D) onto the gear selector housing (42C) and secure it with an AP screw.

Kit 43 - LEFT REAR DRIVESHAFT

- Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 4)
- Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 2)
Step 1
Position the driveshaft bellows (43A) in the left rear driveshaft bracket (42A).
Step 2
Engage the left rear driveshaft (43C) into the driveshaft bellows (43A) and the left rear driveshaft bracket (42A).
Step 3
Position the ball joint (43B) on the left rear driveshaft (43C) and secure with an AP screw.
Step 4
Position the left rear driveshaft bracket (42A) onto the left gearbox (40A) and secure with three AM screws.

Kit 44 - RIGHT REAR DRIVESHAFT

- Screw AM M 1.7 x 4 mm (x 4)
- Screw AP P 1.7 x 4 mm (x 2)
Step 1
Position the driveshaft bellows (44A) in the right rear driveshaft bracket (42B).
Step 2
Engage the right rear driveshaft (44C) into the driveshaft bellows (44A) and the right rear driveshaft bracket (42B).
Step 3
Position the ball joint (44B) on the right rear driveshaft (44C) and secure with an AP screw.
Step 4
Position the right rear driveshaft bracket (42B) onto the right gearbox (40B) and secure with three AM screws.
