- 69A Top front panel
- 69B Bonnet lock
- 69C Front bumper ( with corrected color )
- AP M 1,7 x 3 mm (x 3)
- KP M 2,0 x 4 mm (x 2)
- BM M 2,0 x 4 mm (x 3)
Step 1
Fit 69B Bonnet lock to 69A Top front panel.
Fit 1C Front grille to 69A Top front panel and fix with KP screw.
Fit 69A Top front panel to 68A Front subframe and fix with two BM screws ( lower illustrations )
Remove 2C Front license plate from 2A Front bumper by releasing two AP screws.
Remove 2B Molding from 2A Front bumper by unplugging first its sides from inside of bumper ( blue arrows ).
Fit 2B Molding to newly supplied 69C Front bumper ( with correct dark gray color ).
Fit 2C Front license plate to newly replaced 69C Front bumper and fix with two AP screws.

Step 2
Fit 70G Right turn light lens to 70H Right turn light housing and fix with DP screw . Fit 70E Left turn light lens to 70F Left turn light housing and fix with DP screw.
Fit 70C Right headlight lens to 70D Right headlight housing and fix with two DP screws . Fit 70A Left headlight lens to 70B Left headlight housing and fix with two DP screws.
Fit 70D Right headlight housing to 68A Front subframe and fix with two AP screws ( lower illustrations )
Fit 70B Left headlight housing to 68A Front subframe and fix with two AP screws ( lower illustrations ).
Fit 70F Left turn light housing to 68A Front subframe and fix with AP screw ( upper and lower illustrations ).
Fit 70H Right turn light housing to 68A Front subframe and fix with AP screw ( upper and lower illustrations ).
Fit 69C Front bumper to 68A Front subframe and fix with two KP screws ( lower illustrations ).
Fit two 70I Headlight cable K LEDs into 70D Right and 70B Left headlight housings.
Fix right side 70I Headlight cable K to 68A Front subframe with 70J Tape . Note cable being bent as blue arrows point.
Fix left side 70I Headlight cable K to 68A Front subframe with 70J Tape . Note cable being bent as blue arrows point.

Step 3
Fix 70I Headlight cable K and 66G Saloon light cable E to right inner wall of 64A Body frame with 70J Tape.
Fix 70I Headlight cable K and 66F Saloon light cable D to left inner wall of 64A Body frame with 70J Tape.
To facilitate further assembly cut the threads by taking three BM screws and screwing them in ( blue arrows ) 71A Front left wing , and then unscrewing completely ( red arrows ).
Fit 71C Molding ( note the front slanted edge ) to 71B Front left arc cover.
Fit 71B Front left arc cover to 71A Front left wing and fix with three DP screws.
Fit 71A Front left wing to 68A Front subframe left side and fix with three BM screws ( lower illustrations )

Step 4
To facilitate further assembly cut the threads by taking three BM screws and screwing them in ( blue arrows ) 72A Front right wing , and then unscrewing completely ( red arrows ).
Fit 72C Molding ( note the front slanted edge ) to 72B Front right arc cover.
Fit 72B Front right arc cover to 72A Front right wing and fix with three DP screws.
Fit 72A Front right wing to 68A Front subframe right side and fix with three BM screws ( lower illustrations ).
