Fit 89C Door pocket to 89B Deco plank and fix to 89A Left door inner panel with two AP screws ( next illustrations ).

Fit 89D Locking button to 89A Left door inner panel.

Peel 89E Glass protective strip off its backing paper ( blue arrow ) and stick along the upper edge of 89A Left door inner panel back side ( green arrows ) .

Fit 90G Unlocking lever housing to 88A Inner deco panel and fix to 89A Left door inner panel with MP screw . ( upper and lower illustrations ).

Peel two 90F Protective roundels off backing paper and stick to 89A Left door inner panel protrusions , to keep door glass from scratching during its movement .

Fit 90D Lever to 90B Big gear and fix with MP screw.

Fit 90B Big gear to 89A Left door inner panel and fix with MP screw .

Fit 90A Left door glass with its two guiding tabs to the uppermost position ( blue arrows ) into the grooves of 89A Left door inner panel , and fix it to raised 90D Lever with MP screw . 

Fit 90C Small gear to 89A Left door inner panel peg ,engaging ( meshing / INTERLOCKING) it with 90B Big gear ( 90A Glass raised up ) . Make sure to adjust the raised sector edge ( green arrow ) being in front of blue arrow pointed edge , and then fix 90C  Small gear to 89A Left door inner panel with MP screw .

Peel two 90F Protective roundels off backing paper and stick to 86A Left door protrusions on its inner side.

Fit 89A Left door inner panel to 86A Left door and fix with three AM screws.

Fit 90E Plank to 86A Left door and fix with OM screw .

Fix 86A Left door to 89A Left door inner panel with AP screw . Fix the other end of 90E Plank to 86A Left door with OM screw.

Rotate 90C Small gear with your finger to check lowering and raising 90A Left door glass.

Fit 90H Radio speaker to 89A Left door inner panel .

Preassembled Left door 

Next step is the attachment of Left door to the Bodywork.

Fitting the Left door to the Bodywork , aim 87G Hinge pins to fit into the sockets on 64A Body frame ( green arrow ) , and 86A Left door inner upper corner to push up 66F  lever ( blue arrow ) . Refer to upper and lower illustrations .

Fix 87G Hinge to 64A Body frame with FM screw.

With Left door fitted to the Bodywork , check its opening and closing .

Undo AM screw from 1B Bonnet panel , and replace it with OM screw ( upper and lower illustrations ).

Fit 91B Door handle to 91A Right door and fix with DP screw .  Fit 91C Cylinder lock to 91A Right door . ( upper and lower illustrations ) 

Fit 91D Lock plate to 91A Right door and fix with two AM screws .

Peel 91E Glass protective strip off its backing ( blue arrow ) and apply along 91A Right door lower inner window edge ( upper and lower illustrations ).

Attach 92B Molding strip to 92A Molding . Fit 92A Molding to 91A Right door and fix with three AP screws from the inner side of door panel ( upper and lower illustrations)

You may choose one of the following two versions for the right door , with or without Rear View Mirror for the Right Door , and preview end result on Page 7 of Final Views .

For the version of the Right Door without Rear View Mirror , fit 92F Cover on its two pins to 91A Right door 

For the version of the Right Door with Rear View Mirror , Fit 92D Side mirror base on its two pins to 91A Right door 

Lift backing paper off 92E Side mirror ( upper image , blue arrow ) and stick the mirror into 92C Side mirror housing , removing external protective film ( lower image , blue arrow ) .

Fit 92C Side mirror housing to 92D Side mirror base and fix to 91A Right door from its inner side with AP screw ( upper and lower illustrations )

Fit 92H Hinge to 91A Right door ( green arrows ) , then fit 92G Leaf spring to 91A right door two pins, placing its shorter end over 92H Hinge axis ( blue arrow ) .

Fix 92G Leaf spring to 91A Right door with FM screw , allowing 92H Hinge to rotate .
