Step 1

Fit consequtively 9E Sheave cheek , 9C Alternator fan , 9A Alternator bracket 1 and 9B Alternator housing on 9D Axle sheave and fix with CP screw. Fit 9A Alternator bracket 1 to 9F Alternator bracket 2 and fix with AM screw.

Fit 9A Alternator bracket 1 to 8A Left Engine block and fix with AM screw. Fit 9I Sheave cheek and 9H Crankshaft sheave to 9G Timing belt cover and fix with AM screw.

Fit 9J Engine mount to 9G Timing belt cover and fix with BM screw. Fit 9G Timing belt cover to 8A Left and 8F Right Engine blocks and fix with four AM screws.

Fit 9K Alternator belt to 9H Crankshaft sheave and 9D Axle sheave.

Step 2

Fit Engine assembly , by 9J Engine mount , 9F Alternator bracket 2 and 5H Mount plate to 10A Front wheel arc frame.

Fix 9J Engine mount and 9F Alternator bracket 2 to 10A Front wheel arc frame with two BM screws.

Fix 5H Mount plate to 10A Front wheel arc frame with two BM screws.

Fit 10B Hose to 7A Intake manifold nozzle.

Step 3

Fit 11C Washer fluid hose to connector on 10A Front wheel arc frame.

Fit 11B Cap to 11A Washer fluid reservoir.

Fit 11A Washer fluid reservoir to 10A Front wheel arc frame and fix with CP screw from below ( follow bottom illustrations ).

Installed 11A Washer fluid reservoir.

Fit 11F Filter cap to 11E Fuel filter and fit 11G Pipe connector to 11F Filter cap. Fit 11H Fuel feed pipe to 11G Pipe connector. Fit 11I Fuel feed pipe to 11E Fuel filter.

Fit 11E Fuel filter to the slot in 10A Front wheel arc frame , and fix to it with CM screw from below wheel arc ( follow top and bottom illustrations ).
